Changes to the Human Pathogens and Toxins Act security clearance application process

The Centre for Biosecurity updated its policy for Human Pathogens and Toxins Act security clearance applications. As of January 1, 2024, new applicants must submit a copy of:

• their birth certificate
• foreign police record checks for any non-Canadian residential addresses listed in their Human Pathogens and Toxins Act security clearance application
