About us

The Public Health Agency of Canada Training Portal is managed by the Centre for Biosecurity’s Biosafety Learning and Knowledge Team.

The training portal is a platform for new materials, review and resources, to help everyone from regulated parties and regulatory officials to school children to learn about matters of health and safety.

We support many departments within the Government of Canada including Health Canada, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, and Statistics Canada.

We work to review and update materials in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment. A refresh date is provided for each resource to inform our users. Please consult the appropriate acts and regulations, the Canadian Biosafety Standards, or the website of the Public Health Agency of Canada (www.publichealth.gc.ca
