This course introduces the Potable Water on Board Trains, Vessels, Aircraft and Buses Regulations, which govern the safety of potable water used for drinking, handwashing, oral hygiene, and food preparation on conveyances operating across provincial and international borders. Environmental Health Officers will learn the regulatory requirements for operators, as well as their own powers and responsibilities in enforcing these Regulations to help protect public health.
