The The Orientation for Mental Health Professionals e-learning course was developed for Mental Health Professionals (MHP) who have recently joined the Employee Assistance Services national network of counsellors. This course will outline the key points of the program including an overview of the program mandate, the role and key responsibilities of MHPs, and administrative procedures and requirements. Additionally, the different EAS teams will be introduced and additional resources will be provided so new counsellors know where to find the guidance, information, and tools they will need to be successful.
