Browser Troubleshooting Tips

If you experience problems using this website, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Check to make sure your web browser version is supported.

Although many browsers not listed will likely work to varying extents, we have not tested them all. Be sure that you have correctly configured the browser settings and have installed and activated the required browser add-ons.

2. Clear your web browser's cache, cookies and temporary files.

Clearing your web browsers cache, cookies and other temporary files may help to resolve problems that happen even after restarting your web browser or even your computer.

On most desktop operating systems and browsers

  • Press the CTRL-SHIFT-DEL keys all at the same time.
  • Make sure that the settings are correctly configured to delete the cache (sometimes called temporary files) and the cookies.
  • Press ENTER to begin the clearing process.

3. Try a different web browser, restart your computer and/or move to a different computer.

Having more than one web browser on your computer can be helpful. If you run into problems with one browser, try another. If the problem persists, trying a different compatibly configured computer will help you determine whether it is actually an issue with your computer.

4. Still having problems?

If the issue persists using different browsers and even on different computers after having completed the above troubleshooting tips, please report the problem to our support team.
