Pre-requisite Training: Introduction to Tactical Communications (e-learning)

Duration: 3 hours

This course is where you will identify appropriate conduct for various types of interviews, practice interviewing others in role play situations and receive valuable feedback from your peers.

Prerequisite Training: Orientation to Interview Skills

Duration:  2 hours 

This course will help you, as a regulatory official with the Public Health Agency of Canada, be prepared to attend court. Understanding the court process and presenting evidence accurately are key to maintaining our reputation and credibility.
