Tactical Communications (Virtual Delivery)

After completing course: Introduction to Tactical Communication Skills
This course is designed to help you prepare for difficult conversations and lessen the potential for confrontation. The course is based on Verbal Judo, which is a specialized training method used by thousands of law enforcement professionals across North America.

This course is a mandatory course for PHAC Officers and Inspectors under the Compliance and Enforcement Policy.

Interview Skills (Virtual Delivery)

After completing course: Introduction to Interview Skills

This course is where you will identify appropriate conduct for various types of interviews, practice interviewing others in role play situations and receive valuable feedback from your peers.

Prerequisite Training: Orientation to Interview Skills

Duration:  2 hours 

Court Proceedings

This course will help you, as a regulatory official with the Public Health Agency of Canada, be prepared to attend court. Understanding the court process and presenting evidence accurately are key to maintaining our reputation and credibility.

This course should take 1 hour to complete.

Winter Driving

This module is designed to help you plan ahead to reduce the risks of driving in winter weather. The module includes precautions to take, and links for travel apps for current weather, road conditions, and snowplow operations for all provinces and most territories.
